Your "California operator" gave an incomplete/misleading response. It is a Canadian thing, that is correct. But as far as being "the reporting standard for capital investment in mining operations as well", that is incorrect....unless the company involved is a Canadian traded company. Many companies (like Barrick) are dual-listed, both US and Canadian listed, therefore they must comply with 43-101. And they must comply with the US Standard.

The garbage that Heathman has issued so far is not compliant with anything. It is fraudulent.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
