Hello All! What a day it has been! Too many post to read on this board but I would like to throw my two cents in the bucket.
(1) Naked shorting is most likely occuring with this stock. It's a known fact the NSS exist and exist more so on the pinks and 0tc that the big boards. This is why we have such anticipation of a higher pps and it's just not coming. We all know most stocks will have ran through the roof on PR's and #'s that Cyberkey has put out. However with the NSS we have such a huge amount of fraudulent shares the supply is too high to make a run. So say what u want, I know this isn't the reason for the halt, but my gosh how can you deny it exist. The SEC doesn't report #'s of NS shares, they try to hide this so don't believe much of what you find.
(2) IMO, the halt is because many have notified the SEC of suspicious behavior from Cyberkey. It appears Cyberkey was not 100% honest or clear in some of it's PR's. I do not doubt the contract existed, how else would they have all this money to hire all the new people, pay for the ads, pay for the building, website, etc. Apparently there has been a misrepresentaion with the $$$ amount in the contract or the fact Cyberkey Pr'd the name Department of Homeland Security, then later took that part out and put Government Agency. I feel that the SEC is wanting to make sure the investors are not being screwed by Cyberkey MGMT.
This stock is not a SCAM. I see alot of you talking SCAM. The company is real, Jim simply may have made a mistake or two which may or may not hurt us all.
I for one am very excited in seeing how this plays out. NEVER put more $$ into a penny stock than you can afford to lose. I only have $3000 in this stock, I hate to see it disappear but @#$ happens. Good luck to us all!! Going to be an interesting 2 weeks. Do you all expect to see us on GMA??? I will still be watching for it.
