They are looking to close the big earnings news gap formed on 1/14 at .3428. The good news is we are closing in on a bottom IMHO. The 1 hour RSI just went below the value of 30 and the 4h RSI is soon to be... If you did nothing but buy when the 1 hour RSI was under the value of 30 with SIRC you would look like a trading genius...
