I'm 99% certain our problem is the market makers controlling the price action here. If you watch L2 closely you'll see they ALWAYS ALWAYS PUT SHARES ON THE ASK THAT ARE LOWER THAN THE EXISTING PRICE. Just like they just did right now. Someone hit the ask at .062 and took those .062's totally out. Instead of the ask then going to .064, which is what SHOULD have happened the MM immediately put 10k shares on the ask at .06 in order to attempt to load shares in the .05s. They're doing what their job title is......."Market Making"

Shorting OMID.....probably NAKED shorting too, which is ILLIEGAL!
