Universal Solar Technology, Inc was incorporated in Nevada on July 24,2007. In 2019, the company began merger talks with Entrex around a strategy to develop alternative trading markets for private companies. The companies will focus on markets for Green Energy and research any potentially complementary opportunity.

The implementation of merger plans began in Q4 of 2020, with organizational changes being announced. Universal Solar Technology, Inc. and Entrex continue to work towards a merger finalization by Q4 2022.....
