I believe I have more insight on this. There were 2 custodians prior to the discharge to David, neither custodian did any cleanup. The previous company was a complete mess. The Finra delay was related to Finra requiring detailed financial related to previous mgmt, I believe that was met a couple weeks ago. While previous mgmt was a disaster, they left with no debt.
