Notice which name comes before the “v.” That would indicate to any astute individual that the name that appears first is who filed the suit.
It would’ve been more prudent to acknowledge this fact and add that mick and co are going after previous ceo in a countersuit to the previous ceos suit .otherwise a post can be misleading as mick and co did not start this action.
