Surprised to see the market reaction to LIGA's news. After stepping back, reading the disclosure again, and the fact 50 million shares sold at this level...I come to the same conclusion. Current book value is .05 and expecting to go up in '22, so only thing I'm not happy about is that I could have bought lower.
-first I wonder how it goes down
-second I wonder...where the %^$# are all these shares coming from
-third I step back and smile...an inefficient market is why we are able to buy such a good company at this level
