I must be missing something - latest financials indicate $2.5 to $3MM rev/qtr in '21, totalling just over $7MM thru end of Oct '21.

Market Cap is approx $8MM, so $FLES is trading at 100% of Market Cap.

10K ain't due for quite a while... but last 10Q showed a FUGLY balance sheet and a sizable loss on revenues.

Hence $FLES needs to raise money.

New investors will realize that, and read thru filings, and look at the chart, and make their decisions.

So far those decisions are NOT to buy more here.
