Not because anyone cares if I am breathing let alone posting on here, but for those who do not know a "poison" pill the majority of times is used by companies they, how do this without hyping, when things look a lot better than normal going forward business wise but you are like a newly married couple living in your mother in-laws basement, well the poison pill takes that foot off your throat, and when your story lays out, you get paid, not the one that in senses of the word that owns you.

It is a good thing.................. extremely, in this situations as I have mentioned this is the perfect storm that private placement and poison pill were golden, but the market what it has been and this being one 14K+ stocks on o various boards, it was ignored, it's a bloodbath, sometimes if one spends a minute, well shit just happens and one can stumble.
