We intend on applying to have our Common Shares and Warrants listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols "[?]" and "[?]", respectively, which listing is a condition to this offering. Our application might not be approved. There is no established public trading market for the Warrants included in the units, and such a market might never develop.
