Good luck y’all! If y’all thought Magnus was a pain in the ass shorter, well the mother of all shorters at least on IHUB has resurfaced in CUIN2.

Cuin, as I know that you know, we can be pretty sure the asset purchase already happened. They got 1/3 of the best TMDI patents for 10 million and no royalties. Add on another 31 million for some HUgo tinkering. IMHO if the snakes and The whole IP was as good as some here say, TMDI would have been scooped ages ago, or last week or today.

MDT got what they wanted and they walked. Why pray tell would they need the NASDAQ listing and all of the liabilities that come with it?
