Well the reason these companies go the route of a reverse merger is to get in the public arena as quickly as possible. These reverse mergers generally take about 30 to 60 days, as opposed to a year for an IPO. They cleaned this up and cleared the debts around January 1. They started the process back in September. They give just enough info every now and then to keep people interested. I do not think it is a P&D, but it definitely has some of the same characteristics.
