For CYDY there won't be a decent partnership or buyout. Who wants to buy a pack of legal problems? Who wants to buy suspect clinical data (FDA Statement, virtually no peer-reviewed trial data, SEC/DOJ on mTNBC). Who would partner with a company with virtually no cash, virtually no means of raising more and ~$100 in mostly past due debt -- that makes you partner with a bankruptcy administrator. These are NEVER good scenarios for buyouts (other than bottom feeders buying for pennies) or partnerships (definitely no quality BP).

This has been an NP and Dr. K grift for years now with NOTHING to show for it. Regnum is a 2 person shell corporation, American Regent paid nothing and walked, xU.S. partners paid nothing and some walked (e.g. MacLeod).
