Envirotech Vehicles, a maker of zero-emission electric vehicles will soon open its first U.S.-based manufacturing facility in Arkansas. The EV company announced Thursday it has entered into a purchase agreement for a facility in Arkansas and expects to commence operations during first quarter 2022. The specific location, jobs and overall investment is scheduled to be announced next Tuesday.

DEFA14A 06/22/2021 vote on August 3, 2021. On August 14, 2021 Nasdaq Suspend delist Adomani's common stock from trading on NASDAQ. Stated the company does not intend to appeal. From my point of view the plan r/s is for the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications. Company decided no appeal therefore I don't think they need R/S.

"Adomani delisting from Nasdaq, moving trading to OTCQX Adomani was notified by the staff of the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Department that NASDAQ has initiated proceedings to delist Adomani's common stock from trading on NASDAQ due to Adomani's failure to regain compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing. Adomani does not intend to appeal the Staff's determination. Accordingly, it is expected that the trading of Adomani's common stock will be suspended by NASDAQ at the opening of business on August 22. Adomani has submitted an application for listing on the OTCQX Best Market and, pending the completion of the application process and its acceptance by the OTC Markets Group, Adomani intends for its common stock to be listed for trading on the OTCQX under its current trading symbol "ADOM". Adomani does not expect that the contemplated delisting or subsequent transition to the OTC Markets will affect its business or operations.
