formerly restricted shares issued to 2/contractors etc (160k) , were eligible to to come off restriction and those parties were dumping the newly unrestricted shares

Why wouldn't an insider offer to buy them out at better (for shareholders) prices?

After that big $2 PPS share-offering you'd kinda expect better shareholder support from the front-office.

Insiders could have purchased or company could have done a buyback, etc.

Something is keeping new money away, and it ain't due to lack of understanding of the business model.

Imo.
