If anyone wants to sell their shares you can consider www.CTTauctions.com. They were assisting to sell shares for as high as $8/share before the court decision, but have come down to $3-5/share. It’s not the $13/share that UDF uses but it is better than the $1.10/share being offered by the tender offer.
