Have any complaints to the SEC resulted in any charges?
Maybe someone subpoenaed?
Maybe a Judge or Jury selected to hear the evidence?
Has any Police Officer even responded to the complaints?
Has any News Media Outlet reported any charges?
Has anything been filed by the SEC claiming $HPIL is a penny scam?

Bottom line is - just because some one says something here and claims it is the truth doesn't mean it is true or factual.
