Housing baffles me . I see a top for sure .
I run the numbers and areas like Vegas
Have more new housing going up then people moving in
The area . All of a sudden millennials want a house , when did that start
or is it More of a investment property ?? Well house formation
Can shrink to help over supply but I just don’t think so .
