So C. Galvin is no longer a director back on Aug 12, 2021 ? Still he is a consultant the entire time probably up though present it seems. Consultant / director, isn't the Director more likely to react to the consultant (especially when the consultant owns the company)and not visa/versa. Wouldn't that be the more likely goal is to become a consultant that has no need to live the job now. A couple phone call's per day , basically the good life. What am I missing ? Was there some earth shattering event within the company on or around that date ?
