The history of the trading volumes of this share shows a really small float. I wonder how many shares of this company are now at the DTC (Held at DTC). I hope the manager of the company will update the information about his company on the OTC Markets website! In particular, I would like to see the up-to-date information provided by the Transfer Agent. As far as I understood, it is actually the SEC Reporting company. Eight Forms 10-12G had been applied for that before SEC finally released this letter.

What now? Probably, the next step will be the change of the status of that company from Expert Market to Pink Current Information. That would be the right and logical thing! We have to wait and see what is going to happen…
