Last time i checked criminals didnt report FTDs when they are trading shares from the dark pools.

One train of thought is the Market Makers and Hedges have been creating GNCP synthetic shares within the Dark Pools...

If this is true, ehy would they report FTDs? That would be like a ciminal breaking into my house and then turning himself in.
