Im guessing are gov. went scared and wasn't to sure what to make of the whole crypto / DC. Once they took a second look. Started to panic and privately. Or how ever. Just started buying everything up until there able or were able to get a grasp on the whole picture. I may be way out of line here but it is a thought. all about control. / GL
