A Grand Jury is advised of the FACTS by a PROSECUTOR only. They rule on those claimed FACTS as presented to them by the PROSECUTOR in a pocriminal investigation. The GRAND JURY decides on those FACTS and as in the Miller, Jaberian, Rajkaran case if criminal actions r found the perps r INDICTED.
That's a simple explaination of the GRAND JURY / PROSECUTOR relationship.
THEY HEAR ONLY WHAT THE PROSECUTOR PUTS IN FRONT OF THEM.

What if the prosecution / DOJ knows that the potential Indictmented person is usin a fictitious name like Miller actually bein Kilchesky yet proceedes with false GRAND JURY submitted facts and the court runs with it?
NOW WOULDN'T THAT BE AN INTERESTIN CLAIM IN ANOTHER CASE?

We found usin open soucse material that Indicted fraud forger Miller is actually Kilchesky yet both the DOJ and SEC cases call him MARK MILLER.
DID OUR DD LEAD TO FALSE INFO ON MILLER OR IS THERE SOMETHIN GOIN ON?
