Sionic Mobile has a post-money valuation in the range of $1B to $10B as of Apr 8, 1971, according to PrivCo.

500M JADA shares...
1 B valuation..

2 dollars a share on the bottom side.

I truly wish I had never heard of this stock back in 2010.

Sionic's last press release was on 3/30/2021, 5:00:00 AM.

Seems like a long time to go without a press release.
