Hannover House, Inc., (OTC: HHSE) announced that shareholders of record as of 12-31-2021 (and current as of March 10, 2022), will be invited to attend (or to live-stream) the company's shareholders meeting on March 11, 2022 at 11-am. The meeting will be held in mid-town Manhattan, New York City, with details provided to confirmed attendees.


"We think this will be an exciting meeting for HHSE shareholders," said President & C.E.O. Eric Parkinson. "We held back on scheduling the meeting until after the filing of our registration in order to focus our management time on both the registration tasks as well as the pre-launch for the MyFlix service. This timing puts us comfortably into the next phase for the company's activities and growth," he continued.

Hannover House, Inc. has been operating continuously since 1993, with media products ranging from book publishing to theatrical film exhibition. The company's status as a top-ten Walmart DVD supplier began to erode as consumer trends shifted towards direct-to-home streaming a few years ago. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated this paradigm shift, which is ideal for the company's new MyFlix multi-studio streaming service.

The company's DVD and home entertainment releases included top sellers such as "Savage Land" (600,000+ units), "Future Shock" (500,000+ units) and "Grand Champion" (400,000+ units). The company's 2014 theatrical release of "On Any Sunday: The Next Chapter" was the top grossing theatrical sports documentary of that year at $543,000 USA box office gross.
