Going back to post #16, here is what I believed would be the result after the split:

NVAC.......... = $9.80 to $9.95
NVACW....... = $0.01 to $0.05
NVACR....... = $0.30 to $0.40

LOL....let's see how far off I am.

So currently, NVAC is trading at $9.78 (I was close enough), but the Warrants are trading much higher (.19) and the Rights are trading much lower (.18).

I'm guessing that is because the Rights are "seen" to be much more risky than the Warrants, but as far as I am concerned, and based upon how I feel about the company and what the founders' ultimate goals and agenda are, I personally believe that the risk attributed to the Rights is exaggerated.

Therefore, I feel that the Rights are being traded at about half of where they should be.

I'll check back in another month or so, to see how my thinking pans out.

Godspeed
