Blackston Financial Advisory group manages a $172 Million portfolio concentrated in Index Funds.

They appear to be a conservative group controlled by Blackston family members. The purchase of 533k shares of a speculative stock in December is curious.

Elite stock has had little or no institutional ownership which is mainly because the charter for many do not permit them to buy OTC stocks.

Positive development for shareholders here.
