Don't know. I know some stated the financials are due, but :

* I don't think they will give TDS financials as a whole - for that they would need to have fully merged into CLHI (my own assumption)

* they can file they're late


I really think they s***ck in their comms. It was better to stay silent till you know all is set, while now it will bite them again in their credibility.

To clarify (before some criticise me for being critical): my main point is that as a company you should only put out formal comms. This tweeting of them just will frustrate and will after time not influence the price positively, but do the contrary.
On top they have showed some arrogance in their response, and that really drove me mad.


This company has the businessmodel; will generate solid revenues; has a proper sharestructure (for the record : I have not sold or purchased any shares in the last 6 months). It just misses a professional comms approach.

So TDS, if you read this ... please act on it ... wisely.
