late due to unexpected passing of Mr. Najjam Asghar, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President?
Dr.Ji couldn't find his Chief Financial Hat?
10-K is so bad the BOD wanted to enjoy the weekend without the wives screaming at them???? Hummm????
No accounting firm wanred to sign off on them???

But maybe, maybe the news is SOOOOOooooo good they want the stock to run for a week. Yea...yea, that's the ticket.
