I do not understand that concept. Some people are actually hurt by knowing other people suffer even if they are not a close family member or friend or even if they are a stranger. And of course all of us at some point will suffer and die and I suppose that in the end is what makes all of us equal no matter where you live. I suppose it is easier for people who do not care at least for now.
