And, let's give away hundreds of thousands of dollars to an "Independent Auditor" in an effort to put lipstick on this pig.

Yet another BS lie that Matty thought would bring traction to this sham. He would NEVER pay the bucks for a true independent audit no matter how many shares he dumps. Just like the first hot shot accountant from the huge Fortune 500 company that was NEVER hired but was pumped and pimped in PR by Matt.

BTW,shareholders,hows that BIG,BIG collaboration with Bj's going nearly a year later?? Never happened......
