They made sure tmdi couldn’t relicense our best ip. They only have to worry about 1 entity that may buy tmdi. Mcnally was the worst. I don’t see it with mdt at all. They would never release tmdi from agreement if they wanted it. They only wanted some patents for their own projects. Mcnally knew bankruptcy or firesale was coming and he wanted his easy gig to continue so he made a horrible deal that handcuffed tmdi unless a buyout happens. Then to boot he doesn’t finish enos. Hope im wrong
