"Another of our key strategic goals is to look to attract a minority equity investment from a strategic industry partner to support our current financial structure with Cornell Capital Partners." The question now is how much is actually required to take out Cornell. Answer that and you will be able to determine how much of a minority stake NeoMedia is actually seeking. Notice they stated industry partner, meaning someone from within the industry. I believe they have already commenced work in implementing this plan. If they have publicly mentioned it, then rest assured efforts are underway to make this happen. Subsequently, I would hope to see a News Corp. or/= come into the fold. At least now we have a clear view in writing of where they plan on taking this company and what to expect from the area's they deem appropraite to tap.
I applaud todays PR as it provides the kind of transparancey much needed and I look forward to their continuing efforts along these lines in the near future...
