CYDY issued 15 million warrants as a backstop fee for the bond (exercise price of .30) and another 15 million that can be used by Indemnitors if there are an payments made to the issuer of the surety bond.

This is the first time that I know if that CYDY has put patents up as collateral:

“The payment obligations of the Company to the Indemnitors under the Backstop Agreement bear interest at 10% per annum and are secured by substantially all of the patents of the Company.”
