TP has been in CEO positive for 2 years, not a few weeks. The audit work is done by account and attorney, not by a CEO. All TP needs to do about audit is providing data to account and attorney, and telling them what documents they need to generate for him and the time line. The first time communication takes a relatively long time, then he only needs to add extra info to them. He does not need to seat at their desk while they are doing their work. It takes account and attorney a few weeks, but not CEO. If the primary achievement TP has done in past 2 years is the audit, and has not finished the audit process so far. What kind of CEO this is?
