It won’t buy them anymore time with reporting than if they were SEC reporting. It just makes them less transparent since they’re no longer trading under SEC rules.

The new Amended Rule 15c2-11 won’t save them from being late on their financial reporting requirements. This new rule changed everything. No more safe havens for non-SEC-reporting pink sheets.
