Well my problem is that Gary Gensler stated the Market Makers were putting about 90-95% of retail's orders through the dark pool, but we also know that the dark pool numbers we are shown consistently place those same numbers in a rough range of approximately 63% to 73%. Does that mean that data is suspect as well?
