How do we know if the company isn't dumping shares diluting the share price? And why would the company not want to provide positive updates to counteract dilution.

Right now all the otc companies that are, Quote merging, are Tanked, why is this Ceo sitting on his ass not acting like he wants to have the PPS as high as possible when the Momo was here?

Especially if he is looking to increase the company's value?
