Do you think the board never filed a form 15 with SEC closing up shop and /or never canceled the shares with Finra. because they thought that there was some second transaction envoling the shares to follow? They are hold shares right? Just seems kind of silly must people want to drag things out as long as they can to pull a paycheck when they are losing their jobs.
