So Frank gave an update on all this during the conference call regarding all his tickers he did awhile back and said that the original plan was to just reverse merge Cannabinoid Biosciences, there were delays in that and the other guy running PIFR, Kareem, decided after further research that he didn't want to solely be the cannabinoid company because that can cause financial issues in the United States.

So they re-filed to revert back to Premier Information Management, that happened at the start of this month but was announced in mid-January. The intent stated at that point was to turn it into a holding company that includes Cannabinoid Biosciences as well as other companies. That was the last real update from them until the OTCM profile was updated the other day. I can only assume merging/acquiring in Cannabinoid Biosciences is still the plan, though I was surprised not to see it on the companies listed on that OTCM update.
