First you need to buy a “unit” at $4.25. Right now the combination of a share and two warrants is cheaper to buy on the open market than from AEGIS….about $3.15 - $3.20 currently versus the offering of $4.25.

The warrant strike price is $4.25 and they expire in 5 years.
