I just called $AVVH Gold Quest Capital, talked with Erik, and started the process of a home refi. He took some basic information and emailed me a loan application form within 30 minutes. I will post updates.

It seems that Erik is fielding calls, taking preliminary information, and kick starting the in house process. He was very professional and easy to understand.

Erik just called back (1 week later) for a follow up as I had not yet completed the online application. I had stopped completing the online application because the interest rates are not currently low enough to save me any money. I told him the reason why I did not complete my application, and he said he would consult with a loan officer and have them reach out to see if there would be any other way to make the refi worth while for me.

Again, Erik was very articulate and helpful. I am expecting a call from a loan officer later today. Lots of chatter in the background so they must be busy fielding calls.
