Pickles filed Dismiss Counts Four through Six of Superseding Indictment by Mark Schena. Motion Hearing set for 3/28/2022. The DOJ has to the end of the month to oppose this motion.

Haje, Dr Julie, Mohan and Jablonski have all plead guilty to their charges and are awaiting their sentencing after the Schena trial. All four will be testifying against Dr Schena in the criminal trial.

IMHO, these guilty pleas are set in stone given the charges they were presented.

The time is ticking, the actual fate will be handed down very soon.
