When I said retro active, I meant from when it was supposed to drop a year ago. We had a target airdrop awhile back and it kept being pushed and pushed further out. Then they announced song bird and pushed it out even further.

I get it needs to be built out and secure. But the whole air drop scenario should adapt with the delays. Was it drop 15% at first and then 3% every month after? Well since flr has so far been delayed say half a year already, let’s do the 15% air drop and another 18% up front for those 6 months that we would have received along the way.

I think it should have always been 100% on day 1 but this is a nice compromise to appease xrp holders
