Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - HHSE previously announced that we would not hold a Shareholder's Meeting until after the Form 10 Registration was filed. Accordingly - and at the request of major shareholders and financiers - we are happy to announce that HHSE will be conducting its Annual SHAREHOLDER'S MEETING on Friday, March 11, 2022 at 11-am in New York City.

Additional details and a full agenda will be announced soon. Venue is in MID-TOWN MANHATTAN, New York City.
