From another board this morning:

SS’s $17 Billion Texas factory is slated to be producing in late 2024. With SS now having to seek a grudging license with upstart NLST, I would think it only logical that their new factory is focused on providing full freedom from chip dependency, especially from NLST.

In fact, SS might be so inclined to ensure the new factory"s production capacity would handle other companies’ requirements, companies that would normally source chips from NLST.
SS, without question, possesses deep enough pockets to undersell little NLST for years, long enough to erode any customer base that NLST might be cultivating.
But hey, What Me Worry - that's years away (2.5).
