Hope! I don't know what will happen by Thursday. I hope debt is paid off and uplist is announced as pending until a minimum 1/50 split is feasible,  or 2/16/2023, whichever comes first.

But I don't know if it's possible to pay the debt without uplisting. If that is true than either nothing happens by Thursday (other than reducing the discount to $80K from $180K), OR we uplist by Thursday, probably with 1:100 split, and become debt free.

I prefer option 1, but anything can happen by Thursday:

1. Debt Paid (cash on hand, new loan?), Uplist Pending 1:50 Split

2. Reduce Discount, Uplist and Debt Elimination Pending (no change)

3. Uplist and Eliminate Debt with 1:100 Split

Which will happen? How much does it matter after eventual uplist?
