Im glad the company has been quiet. Accumulating slowly. With a all in build cost of $1.85m and a sale price of $4.25 Profit of $2.4m. 3 parcels of land set for clearing and construction. They are worth approximately $400k a peice ( low estimate) $1.2m in properties.
$2.4m plus $1.2m equals $3.6m
Realestate a 10 x multiple. would be a $36m Market Cap.
$36m/728,361,015 =pps of $.049
Ok cut that in half, be real conservative PPS .027.
This stock is UNDERVALUED anyway you slice it. And hands down one of the best otc companies out there.
At .0025. Find me a company with this PPS and everything MSTO has on the plate..I've been looking, still haven't found.

Zillow says 24.3% annual appreciation in this area!
