JUST to happen to pop back up 2 years later as project manager and the media hype and lies started all over.. Articles about him orchestrating the purchase of nipton.. To pass the buck 7 months after then to stop paying months after that.. Just as Walnuts said that the previous owner was back 100,000 thousand in back taxes AG had to pay..That is impossible and flat out lie....... first of all the seller would have to pay that for escrow to close, 2nd i searched each parcel and of the 5 parcels the majority of the parcels were around 500 one was a few thousand a year, i am not sure if the one bill that was in the thousands were all combined but regardless at most was 5k a year, the claim that past owner was 100'of thousands behind us just insulting. NoT SURE about the counties you all live in San Bernardino 5 years late and your properties sold for delinquent taxes ...

I personally spoke to Roxanne the owner 2 years ago when the ex president SS was trying to rip me off and get me to invest in the property (Nipton) he was squatting on like a cock roach and she told me that the tax were always paid her husband was old school paid his bills and kept his word and would not have left her with issues he was a good man.... In fact the property tax was left in paid by AG and when they did the transfer to Delta it quadrupled her tax and she spent thousands to finally get it reduced again since delta transfer was illegitimate and fraud to begin with

If Vegas was pulling odds i would say that AG builds this room with the "top of the line lighting company" ( which says in website will finance complete grows) that i have not seen in any comparison or top 20 led lighting lists..
